Because most of our products are made-to-order through our trusted production partners, we kindly ask you to review the information below before placing your order.
Eligible Returns
We're happy to accept returns if:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size due to our mistake.
- Your product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
- Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.
Please notify us within 4 days of delivery.
To Process Your Return
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping label
- An unboxing video is Must for Return Process(strongly recommended for faster verification)
This helps us resolve your request quickly and fairly.
Returns We Cannot Accept
As each item is made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect colour selected by the customer
- Incorrect address provided
- Minor colour differences caused by screen settings
- Normal size tolerance (±0.5 inch)
